Article 1 - Preamble

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions") are concluded between:

And on the other hand, people, individuals or not, wishing to make a purchase via the online sales website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), hereinafter referred to as "Customers " or the "Client" individually. Cosys and Customers together hereinafter referred to as the "Parties".

Cosys sells its products mainly remotely. All products sold by Cosys are listed on the company's websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Products").

Article 2 - Characteristics of the Products

In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, Cosys strives to present as best as possible, on the technical sheets of the Products, the essential characteristics of the latter of which the Customer must be aware. Cosys reserves the right to modify the assortment of Products depending in particular on the constraints linked to its suppliers. The information and characteristics are those given by the suppliers. Cosys is in no way responsible for erroneous data transmitted by publishers.

The photographs and graphics are given for information only and are mainly those given by the suppliers. In particular, the difference in perception of shapes and colors between the photographs or graphics presented and the Products cannot engage the responsibility of Cosys.

Unless otherwise specified on the Site, all Products sold by Cosys are new, and comply with the legislation of the European community in force and the standards applicable in France.

Article 3 - Product prices

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be passed on to the prices of the Products after the date of entry into force of the new applicable rate. The VAT rate applied is a percentage of the value of the goods sold, 20% for delivery in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco and for deliveries in the states of the European Community.

The prices of the suppliers of Cosys being constantly changing, the prices displayed on the site are subject to change at any time. They are also subject to variations for reasons of introductory prices, promotions or sales. All prices are subject to manifest typographical error. The applicable price is that indicated on the Site on the date of registration of the order by the Customer.

Article 4 - Product Warranty

We undertake to replace defective or damaged products or send you any missing parts. Cosys bears the shipping costs of the item returned in exchange. The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal (satisfied or refunded) provided for in article 7.

Article 5 - Availability of Products

Cosys works, depending on the product, on the basis of just-in-time stock or direct order from its suppliers. Therefore, depending on the case, the Products are available within the limits of the stocks available at Cosys or subject to the stocks available from its suppliers.

The Products available in Cosys stocks (hereinafter in "Stock") for rapid delivery are accompanied by the mention "In stock". The availability of a Product can vary very quickly depending on sales. Cosys carries out a regular update of availability, but cannot be held responsible if the stock is no longer the same as that indicated. More precise information can be given to the Customer by telephone or e-mail.

If a product is not available in Stock, the mention "In Stock" does not appear on the Product, and the estimated date of availability (given subject to manufacturing and shipping times by suppliers) is indicated in its description. In this case, if the Customer makes an online purchase, he agrees to the shipping times indicated. If Cosys cannot obtain a Product ordered from its suppliers within the time indicated, it will notify the customer of the expected delay by e-mail. The latter may then choose to cancel his order, on the basis of this new information.

No cancellation penalty will be applied for such order cancellation. Cosys undertakes to honor orders received only within the limit of available stocks of the Products or within the limit of stocks available from its suppliers. In the absence of availability of the Product(s), Cosys undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible.

Article 6 - Shipping and deadlines

Subject to availability in Stock, the products are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order and its payment. We send you an email with the tracking number of your package. Delivery times following dispatch depend on the delivery option you have chosen:

  • Tracked Letter: Tracked delivery service for letters and small items up to 3 cm thick. Indicative times given by La Poste: "D+2". The tracking number allows Cosys to know the date of distribution or the reason for non-distribution. This shipping method, which is more economical, does not allow you to follow the progress of the delivery.

  • Colissimo service: If you have opted for a delivery by colissimo, this number will allow you in one click to follow the progress of the delivery within the colissimo network. Delivery within 48 hours announced by La Poste. Your parcel is presented once - if you are absent, the parcel will be deposited at your nearest post office, a notice notifying you of this passage will be deposited in your mailbox.

  • On-site pick-up : On-site pick-up is offered in Paris at the Cosys premises located at 10 rue Saint Paul, 75004, Paris. Take it via our email:

Any customer can find out about the delivery status of their package on the La Poste website, by consulting us. Cosys cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery when they come from La Poste or its carriers.

Article 7 - Risks related to Transport

  • Delivery Error 

- The delivery address (which may be different from the billing address) must be exact and mention all the details necessary for a good delivery; 

- An error in the delivery address, place of delivery, accessibility of the place, or any other problem resulting in the need to make a new delivery may be billed at the actual costs of the new delivery, the payment of these additional costs alone allowing the new delivery.

Carrier-related delivery delays :

In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the deadlines announced by the carriers, the Customer must first contact the carrier or its distribution office in the case of La Poste. In all cases of significant delays, the Customer must contact Cosys to open a dispute or investigation file to search for the package. It happens that packages are misplaced by carriers. 

The deadlines imposed by the carriers imply that the Customer declares the loss within 10 days of receipt of the shipping notice from Cosys. Under these conditions, Cosys is responsible for making the necessary claims with the carrier concerned. In the event that the package was not found, Cosys would make a new delivery of the same Product (within the availability times) or would offer the Customer a refund.


  • Damaged package 

The Customer must check the condition of the package before the carrier and make the necessary reservations on the delivery note in the event of partial or total deterioration. In the absence of reservations, the Product is deemed accepted by the Customer and cannot be disputed regarding its delivery. The Customer must, after issuing these reservations, notify Cosys by e-mail so that Cosys can take the necessary measures as quickly as possible, both from the point of view of the return of the product to its warehouses and from the point of view of a new delivery. In the event of absence of notification, Cosys cannot be held responsible for a long delay in taking charge of the new delivery.

  • Strikes

In the event of a strike by La Poste services, carriers or any other event of an exceptional nature slowing down or preventing the delivery of parcels, Cosys will make every effort to inform the customer of the status of the shipment of his parcel, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused.

Article 8 - Orders

  • Acceptance of the Conditions by the Customer

These Conditions can be read directly on the Site. The fact for the Customer to tick the box "I accept the general conditions of sale" Customer automatically entails the express acceptance by the latter and without restriction or reservation of these Conditions. The Customer acknowledges by this act to have read and understood these Conditions and to accept them.

The purchase by e-mail or by post also implies acceptance of these Conditions which he acknowledges having previously read, understood and accepted under the conditions mentioned above.

  • Date of the order

The date of the order is deemed to be: 

- the date of validation of the order by the Customer in the event of payment by credit card online; 

- the date of receipt of the check or transfer in the event of payment respectively by check or transfer. The deadlines indicated on the Site only run from the date of the order described above. However, the availability of the Products remains that indicated on the site insofar as the order has been validated online on the site and that the date of order (effective payment) occurs within a reasonable time after the date of validation of the order.

  • Order confirmation

An e-mail is automatically sent to the Customer to confirm the order taking, provided that the e-mail address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error.

  • Order tracking 

The Customer may at any time consult the status of his order on the Site by consulting his account. This follow-up allows the Customer to know the processing status of his order, but also the shipping status of his packages. The Customer may at any time contact the sales department of Cosys in order to be informed of the follow-up of his order.


Article 9 - Terms of Payment

  • Means of payment

Your payment can be made in one of the following ways:

   - Online : on the Site by bank card (credit card, Visa card, Eurocard, Mastercard) or by PayPal .  

   - By bank transfer : The data required for the transfer is provided on simple request by mail to contact@discovery-game. com. Any transfer fees are your responsibility. Your order will be taken into account upon receipt of your transfer.

   - By check on your order form that you will have printed beforehand and can be consulted in your customer area. Send it all by mail to the address indicated at the top of your order form. Your order will only be taken into account upon receipt of your letter. Availability and shipping times must therefore be calculated from the date of validation of payment by check.

Cosys implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online (online payment on the Site). For this purpose, the Site uses a secure method of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The transaction is carried out via e-transactions (Wirecard Checkout Portal system), which alone has the banking information provided on the site at the time of payment.

In the case of an order by e-mail, due to the lower level of security of this means of communication, Cosys cannot take into account payments by bank card in order to ensure the security of the payment vis-à-vis his clients. Ordering by email requires payment by check or wire transfer.

  • Invoice

The order form that the Customer establishes online or the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer by Cosys does not act as an invoice. Whatever the method of order and payment adopted, the Customer can print the original of his invoice directly from his customer area. Cosys keeps an electronic copy of each invoice.

In the case of delivery to an address other than the billing address, a delivery note is sent in the package, only showing the reference of the products purchased.

  • Payment Date 

In the case of payment by credit card, the Customer's account will only be debited when the Products are dispatched. Thus, in the event of additional delays or unavailability of Products, the Customer account will only be debited when Cosys is able to carry out the shipment. 

In the case of payment by check, collection is made upon receipt of the check, thus notifying the validity of the Customer's order. In the case of payment by administrative mandate, payment must be made within 30 days maximum.

  • Late payments

In case of refusal by the bank of a credit card debit or refusal to cash a check or other means of payment, it is up to the customer to contact customer service in order to pay for his order by any means of payment. .

Article 10 - Pre-Booking

Products sold in pre-reservation (pre-order) involve special management.

In the case of an order comprising products in stock and others in pre-booking, it will only be shipped upon receipt of the pre-ordered products in Stock.

Article 11 - Rights of Withdrawal

Cosys offers its Customers the possibility of canceling their orders at any time if it has not been dispatched. The Customer must contact the sales department of Cosys to notify this cancellation.   • Cancellation and refund after receipt

Cosys offers the possibility of canceling its order within 14 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition, they will be reimbursed after reshipment by the Customer. Shipping charges are not refunded. In all cases, reimbursement must be requested from the sales department of Cosys in writing (email or post) prior to any reshipment of Products.

The delivery costs generated by the return of the order (even partial) remain the responsibility of the Customer. Cosys cannot accept a refund for part of a Product referred to. For example, in the case of sale by batches or "package", the Customer may only exchange or cancel the complete batch or "package", including if the elements of the batches are also sold separately on the Site. The return of reimbursed Products is the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise specified for certain items on the Site.

  • Conditioning

The products are packaged in such a way as to comply with the transport standards in force, and to ensure optimal protection of the Products during their delivery. The Customer is asked to respect these same standards when returning a product, whether during an after-sales service, or when returning for convenience. Any damage observed to a product on return due to a problem of non-respected packaging quality may result in a partial refund or non-refund of the product in the event of impossibility of resale in the state or in the event of aggravation of the problem. indicated technique.
